She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Collins and Loretta Fowler Collins; her daughter Sarah Simpson (Ryan "Julio") of Mullins; her grandsons, Noah and Hunter Simpson of Mullins; her sister Carla Davis (John) of Eugene, Oregon; her nephew Donovan Hardee (Kayla) of Mullins; her niece Bailey Hardee of Eugene, OR; her great-nephew Declan Hardee; and her pet Princess.
