She was predeceased by : her husband James G. "Jim" Collins of Mullins; her parents, Casey Jones Cook and Mattie Suggs Cook; and her sisters, Burneese Henderson and Shirley Henderson.

She is survived by : her sons, Ricky Glenn Collins (Delores) of Mullins, Bryan Collins (Munki) of Nichols, Tommy Collins (Julieen) of Nichols and Mark Collins (Brandy) of Nichols; her grandchildren, Kasey Jarvis (Scott), Dylan Collins (Shanice), Dustin Collins, Jason Collins (Ashley), Larry Collins, Brandon Collins, Anna Driggers, Rainey Collins, Maddie Collins, Parker Jarvis, Chayle Jarvis, Gunner Jarvis, Logan Boatwright, Noah Collins, Liam Collins, Shayla Hayes and Riley Collins; and her siblings, Rachel Wilson (Joe), Katie Cook, Pat Martin, Dayton Cook, Billy Cook (Maxine) and Preston Cook. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
