He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Russ and Mamie Cook Russ. He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Russ (Tangie) of Mullins, Billy Russ (Tanya) of Mullins and Jamie Russ (Shannon) of Mullins; and his siblings, Carl Russ and Helen Miller. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Cox-Collins Funeral Home (715 S Main St, Mullins, SC 29574).
