He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Crain (Bill) of Raleigh, NC, Carole Monkowski (Michael) of New Windsor, NY and Alison Chesnick (Allen Spiro) of Glens Falls, NY; his grandchildren, Laura Crain (Shawn) of Friendswoods, TX, Abigail Crain (JR) of Anaheim, CA, Phillip Monkowski (Tiffany) of Apex, NC, William Monkowski (Jaclyn) of Brooklyn, NY, Gretchen Berry (Eamonn) of Essex Jct, Steven Zehner (Daryl) of Houston, TX and Thomas Zehner (Emily) of Wappingers Falls, NY; his great grandchildren, Felix, Maia, Max, Wallace, Theodore, Skylar and Carter; and his close friend Joan Kern. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
