With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anthony Avallone (Murrells Inlet, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 30, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Avallone and Antonietta Avallone; and his siblings, Nancy (Vergona), Mary (Hargaden), Domenick, John and Ralph.
He is survived by: his brother Daily News; his children, Gregory and Kathy; his grandchildren, Ryan, Alyssa, Mark and Tina; his great grandchild Abigail; his grandson Anthony; his great grandchildren, Anelle, Zachary, Jordan, Andrew and Kyla; and his sister Lucy Giarratano.
In honor of his giving spirit, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to his heart.
