He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jividen; his children, Debra Ann Rogers (James), William Arlin Jividen (Melanie), Carrie Dale Mohl (Chris) and Kristin Barbara Jividen (Mischa); his grandchildren, Tyler Rogers (Chelsea), Madison Rogers (Reece), Sara Plum (Spencer) and Seth Mohl (Elizabeth); and his great grandchildren, Avery Rogers and Silas Mohl.
