He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Handleman and Jean Hess Handleman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patt" Handleman of Murrells Inlet, SC; his brother Brian Handleman (Gail) of Bradenton, Florida; his children, Kimberly Newton (Rich) of Concord, NC and Craig Handleman (Holly) of Oceanside, NY; his grandchildren, Ash (Jayce), Tyler, Brayden and Karley; his daughter Dana Wootton (Jim) of Glen Burnie, Maryland; his grandchildren, Jaime (Eric) and Paige (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Theodora and Michael.
