Bruce D. Blanchard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2022, at the age of 73, Bruce D. Blanchard of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, born in Waterbury, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Walker and Ethel Cross Walker; his siblings, Ronald Blanchard and Helen Alecca; and his siblings-in-law, Lou Bennett, John Alecca and Suzanne Boutot (Jerry).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Sam" Blanchard; his children, Bruce, Jr. (Danielle Diver) of Waterbury, CT and Sherri Mercer (Jody) of Naugatuck, CT; his grandchildren, Zachary Mercer, Jeffrey Mercer, Douglas Blanchard, Megan Wiley (Kyle), Emily Blanchard, Andrea Mercer, Kathryn Blanchard, Nicole Mercer and Kaitlyn Riggs (Joe); and his great grandchildren, Robert, Henry Antidormi, Lincoln Wiley and Oakley Mercer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
