He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wilson Blackhurst and Elizabeth Anderson Blackhurst of Sewickley, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his daughter Ann Hamilton (Todd); his brother Eric (Suzy) of Estes Park; and his niece Lindsey Blackhurst (Esha) of New York.
