She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray McGill and Catherine Parrott Blair; and her husband Judge Thomas Barrineau (Tom). She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Blair Barrineau (Betsy) of Murrells Inlet, Thomas Basil Barrineau, III (Jody Miller) of Murrells Inlet and Ray Blair Barrineau (Beth Sexton Barrineau) of Murrells Inlet; her grandchildren, William Michael Hemlepp III, Elizabeth Blair Hemlepp, Thomas Basil Barrineau, IV, Ashley Elizabeth Barrineau and Ray Blair Barrineau, Jr.; her great grandchild Elizabeth Cynthia Hemlepp; her sisters-in-law, Rosalie Bellamy of Myrtle Beach and Sally Hardee of Surfside Beach; and her nieces, Catherine Hendrix Asger and Frances Hendrix Porter of Blair.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Belin Family Life Center (2020 P. O. Box 1357, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Murrells Inlet 2020 or the Alzheimer's Association.
