She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward White and Jessie White; and her son Rick Roberts. She is survived by: her husband Bob Formica; her sons, Kendell Roberts (Dana) of Indianapolis, IN and Steve Roberts of Little River, SC; her stepchildren, Rob Formica of Las Vegas, NV, Rick Formica (Michelle) of Willoughby, OH and Melissa Davis (Don) of Chardon, OH; her brother Edward White (Carol) of Parma, OH; and her grandson Cody Roberts (Sarah) of Downers Grove, IL..
