He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Joseph O'Donovan and Jane Hayes O'Donovan. He is survived by: his wife Doris "D'Ann" O'Donovan; his children, Debra Skinner (Jeff) of Fredericksburg, VA, Kevin O'Donovan of Reston, VA and Tim O'Donovan (Lhiza) of San Leandro, CA; and his niece Debbie Maggitti (Joe) of Westminster, MD. He is also survived by extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (542 Cypress Ave, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael Catholic School or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
