Bender of Murrells Inlet, SC; his pet Dusti; his daughter Trisha Weinstein (Josh); his siblings, Bill Bender (Dawn), Bob Bender (Terry), Tom Bender, Ed Bender (Debi), Joe Bender (Brenda) and Janice Brown; his sister-in-law Keren Davis (Whit); and his grandchildren, Ethan and Hailey Weinstein.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial donations be made in Jack's name to an animal welfare organization of one's choice.
