He is survived by: his parents, Jose Lopez Mayroyal and Juliana Hervis Roman; his wife Aracely Hervis Reyes of Mexico; his children, Jose Octavio Lopez Hervis of Mexico, Luis Alberto Lopez Hervis of Mexico and Delet; his sisters, Yola Lopez Hervis, Irma Lopez Hervis, Yoya Lopez Hervis and Olga Lopez Hervis; and his niece Sarai Covarrubias of Pawleys Island, SC. He is also survived by extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.
