He is survived by: his wife Patricia Perpetuino; his children, Lisa Perpetuino of Myrtle Beach, SC and Michael Perpetuino of Gloucester City, NJ; his stepchildren, Courtney Adamonis (Andrew) of Sicklerville, NJ and Briana Price of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandsons, Tyler, Matthew and Vincenzo; and his sister-in-law Nancy DeLeon (Ray) of Albertson, NC..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Beach Chapel. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
