We are sad to announce that, on December 12, 2025, at the age of 83, Laura Ahrens (Murrells Inlet, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Laura is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Laura's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Fairfax Wesley and Mary Gila Wesley of Murrells Inlet, SC.; her siblings, Patsy Lowes and Howard Wesley; her husband Merton Frederick Ahrens; and her grandson Brandon Salas.
She is survived by: her children, Lynnae Sandy Holland (Sandra Leoffler) and Troy Wesley Holland (Stacey Mason Holland). She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
