She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Bowman and Dottie Bowman; and her husband Gary Chandler. She is survived by: her children, Staci Jessup (Dale) and Matt Mills (Milicent); her grandchildren, Alyssa Jessup, Taylor Mills and Chandler Mills; her brothers, Perry Bowman (Renee) and Will Bowman; her nephews, Travis and Brett Bowman; and her close friend Susan Hemric.
The family has requested that memorial donations be made in Lynn's name to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare, 1414 Physicians Dr, Wilmington, NC 28401.
