With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marvin Thomas Collins of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2025 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Collins and Emma Baker Collins; his wife Betty Collins; his siblings, Earl Collins, Diane Smart, Geraldine Cannon, Bernice Cullipher and Carolyn White; and his daughters, Sharon Fulton (Richard) of Georgetown, SC, Teresa Maring (Waldo) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Marvie Collins of Pawleys Island, SC..
He is survived by: his grandson Jamie Gaskins (Kelly); and his stepgrandchildren, Tara Lahnen (Charlie), Shanna Ray (Kevin) and Lacie Hallman (Clint). He is also survived by six step great-grandchildren.
