Peter Barbera Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peter Barbera of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Scherer-Barbera; his parents, Carmela Barbera and Fortunato Barbera; his parents-in-law, Lillian and Lawrence Scherer; his sister Marie; his brother-in-law Joseph Allard; his brother Frank Barbera; and his siblings-in-law, Lawrence, Doris Scherer and Carl Ingrilli.
He is survived by: his daughters, Therese Barbera and Susan Barbera-Maggio (James); his grandchildren, Taylor Ciraulo, Christian Maggio (Madelyne), Peter Maggio and Nicholas Maggio; his brother Dominick Barbera (Pat); and his sister-in-law Cathy Ingrilli.
