He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold R. Frey, Jr. and Doris E. Frey; and his brother Brian R. Frey. He is survived by: his son Adam Frey (North Beach, MD); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Kara; his siblings, Holly Stillwell of Virginia Beach, VA and Keith Frey of Scottsdale, AZ; Missy Frey.
