He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Julia Calogero Lee; his siblings, Carmen (Aline), Josephine "Jobe" Kilburn and Edwina "Cindy" Fitzpatrick (Robert); his in-laws, Carmen and Gladys; and his grandfather Frank Leo (Nick Rovou).
He is survived by: his children, Richard (Dana Wolfe), Mark Lee (Meredith), Dawn Edmond and Joan Williams (David); his siblings, Kay Broccoli (Donald), Theresa Aliesso (Robert), Rosalind "Roz" Lee and David Lia; his grandchildren, Kyle, Daniel, Zachary, Lindsey, Hannah and Justin; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Lee, Janet Leo, Janice Rovou Joseph and Fred Kilburn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made in Dick's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
