He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Dickinson; and his wife Carolyn. He is survived by: his children, Tanya, Mark Sapp of Augusta, GA, Robert Jr., Victoria Dickinson of Evans, GA, Angela and Tim Hegi of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandchildren, Shara, Lamont Gregory, Christopher Helms, Kristen Reese, Timothy, Brandon Hagi, Robbie Dickinson, Joshua Dickinson, Zachary Chambers and Jonathan Chambers; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Jonah, Jordan Dickinson, Kyler Chambers, Jasmine Reese, Audrey Chambers, Landon Chambers, Kyle Helms, Summer Dickinson, Ryan Joseph Chaput, Braelynn Dickinson and Caroline Rain Hegi.
