We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2022, at the age of 81, Robert Edward Mitchell (Murrells Inlet, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Patty Mitchell; his siblings, Charlie Wagner and Jean Cheruk; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Laudone and Nick Stano; and his siblings' children, Debra Guglielmi, Gina Laudone, Danielle Laudone, Jennifer Stano and Steven Stano.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a foundation that Robert was passionate about, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
