He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Rumsey and Dora Ahrens Gear Rumsey. He is survived by: his wife Myrle E. Heim Rumsey of Murrells Inlet, SC; his children, Kimberly Pultorak (Rick) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Christopher Rumsey (Diana) and Jennifer McLaughlin (Casey) of State College, PA; his grandchildren, Natalie Coughlin of Philadelphia, PA, Bret Rumsey of Elkton, MD, Colin Rumsey of Cape Coral, FL and Alec McLaughlin of State College, PA; his brothers, George Rumsey (Mary) of Leesburg, FL and Roy Rumsey (Juline) of Winchester, VA; and his brother-in-law Tony Price (Verlene) of Williamsburg, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins; a large, loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.
