He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Beam and Mary Sigmon Beam; his brother Larry Edward Beam; and his former wife Darnell Beam. He is survived by: his wife Irene Beam; his son Brian Beam (Sunny); his grandchildren, Ashton, Paul and Noah; his daughter Kristie Long; his granddaughter Madeline Long of Eugene, OR; his stepchildren, Aubrey Turner (Jenna), Seth, Simon (Amber), Stella Turner of Kernersville, NC, Adam Mann (Mandee), Joshua, Miles, Lucy Mann of Matthews, NC, Asheli Thompson (Eric), Hannah (Brad), Graham Allen, Macy Thompson of Mooresville, NC, Liz Watson (Bruce) and Ayla Watson; his sister-in-law Diane Beam; and his nephew Eddie Beam (Jennifer).
