It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Ann Madden of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryson Gray and Virginia Hellams Gray; her son Greg Madden; and her sisters, Linda Gregory and Patsy.

She is survived by: her husband Charles "Mike" Madden; her sons, Charles "Mickey" Madden (Elizabeth Paulsen), Gayland Smallwood (Carol) of Greenville, SC and Chadrick "Chad" Smallwood (Becky) of Gray Court, SC; her grandchildren, Brittany Goodman, Gray Smallwood, Andrew Smallwood, Savannah Smallwood, Bryson Smallwood, Gregory Smallwood and Cody Smallwood; and her great grandchild Grayson.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ann's name to Trinity Presbyterian Church, 2061 Glenns Bay Rd, Surfside Beach, SC 29575.
