He was predeceased by: his daughter Cindy Hambright; his former wife Priscilla; his parents, Victor and Elsie; his brothers, John Arthur Lloyd Slack and Stanley Fredrick Slack; his grandson Anthony Rickmon; and his great grandchild Keiana Slack.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Zeller Slack; his children, Victor (Diana), Tim (Lynn) and Karen Doub Winston (Larry); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Love, William Slack, Ashley Towers, Whitney Doub, Victoria Greenleaf, Jessica Fountain and Janet Slack. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
