He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Alvarez and Carlina Carrero. He is survived by: his wife Leonor; his children, Gladys (Richard), Louis, Elizabeth and Miriam (Richie); and his sister Carmen. He is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
