He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennie Long and Virgis Todd Long; and his brother William D. Long. He is survived by: his wife Kelley Field Long; his children, Tyler Long and Alexis Long (Ryan Allen); his stepdaughter Michelle Field; his brothers, Randy Long (Kaye Long) and Kevin Long (Michele Long); Crystal. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and a large extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Jeff's honor, to support the fight against the disease that he faced with such courage.
