He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Frazier and Fay Frazier; his wife Molly Moore Frazier; his sister Claudia Frances Frazier; and his brother-in-law Glenn Hall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Ann Hall, Barbara Ricketts (Greg) and Ricky Frazier (Marie); his children, James Frazier (Dorothy), Laura Rice (Tom) and Jenny Secker (Erik); his grandchildren, Scott Frazier (Callie), Kaela Trousser (Tyler), Garrett Frazier, Egan Secker and Sawyer Secker; and his great grandchild Oliver Frazier. He is also survived by his family, friends.
