He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Hafey (Haworth). He is survived by: his father Paul Hafey; his wife Patricia Maccariella-Hafey; and his brothers, Dean Hafey (Kelly), Randy Hafey and Ron (Kathy).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McMillan-Small Funeral Home (910 67th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572).
