She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Edward Michaels, Sr.; and her parents, Walter Strauss and Ammelia Johnasen Strauss. She is survived by: her children, Christine Haff (Tom) of Lugoff, Patricia Lyons (Gary) of Palm Harbor, Fla., Karen Dotero of Oakridge, N. J. and Robert Edward Michaels, Jr. of Myrtle Beach, S. C.; and her brother Robert Strauss of Oakdale, N. Y.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
