It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn A Specht of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, who passed away on December 9, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Woodley and Emma E. Steiniger Woodley; and her husband Richard A. Specht. She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Fairweather (Howard H. Fairweather); her children, David Specht of Bethpage, NY, Richard Specht (Janine) of Baldwin, NY and Donalyn Specht; her pet Opal of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her grandchildren, Daniella, Richard, Olivia and Owen.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Carolyn's name to Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society.
