He is survived by: his wife Judy Lilly; his children, Ritch Lilly (Gail Shelley) of Murrells Inlet and Kristin Vandall (Jamie) of Beckley, WV; his granddaughter Lyric Noel of Beckley, WV; and his brother Steve Lilly of Speedway, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
