He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Noel and Dorothy Noel; his wife Linda; his son Michael; his siblings, Samuel, William, John, James, Mark and Dorothy; and his stepson Eric.
He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara and Debbie; his stepchildren, Kenneth and Tammy; his grandchildren, Casey (Katie), Dustin and Melissa; his great grandchildren, Gabby and Olivia; and his nephew Johnny (Kelli). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
