He is survived by: his wife Judy Gail Patton; his children, Scott Patton (Dee Ann) of Raleigh, Todd Patton (Sharon) of Charlotte, Brett Patton (Evelyn) of Wake Forest, Rebecca Patton Keen (David) of Raleigh, Jennifer Travis (John) of Claremont and Jeffrey Brittain of Hickory; and his grandchildren, Paige, Morgan Patton, Grant (Sydney), Sarah, Helen Patton, Drew Davis, Anna Keen, Dylan (Hayley), Jessica and Lauren.
