She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Adkins and Elsie Jackson Adkins. She is survived by: her sister Marie Adkins; her pet Gracie; her close friends, Helen Sebastian, Aimee Switzer and Lisa Ross; and her friend Susan Queen.
