He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine Hicks-Hazelgrove and Austeen Hicks; and his siblings, Mainard and Linda. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hicks; his stepdaughter Ashley Corley; his daughters, Lora Hicks and Ashley Robins (Greg); his granddaughters, Claire Corley, Hannah Corley, Kayla Saunders, Jamie Upton and Hannah Robins; his great grandchildren, William, Dylan, Travis and Sawyer; his sister Teresa Minozzi; and his cherished Lowcountry Mountaineer.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church (113 Basketvill Drive, Pawleys Island, SC 29585).
