He was predeceased by: his parents, Joann Erwin Baxter and E. L. "Bud" Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Susan Forkin Baxter; his daughters, Blair King (Madison) and Greer Roy (Chandler); his sister Sue Mason (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Evelyn-Drew Roy and Brooks Roy.
