She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Manning Batson Sr. and Carolyn Farr Batson; her husband Barry Malcolm of Charlotte, NC; her grandparents, Henry Lee, Geneva Poole Batson of Greenville, SC, John Edward and Carrie Groce Farr of Greenville, SC; her brother Harold Manning Batson, Jr. of Greenville, SC; her nephew Mitchell Dean Batson of Greenville, SC; and her aunt Helen Batson Pardue of Greenville, SC..
She is survived by: her daughters, Milissa Alexander-Pierce (Sam) of Blacksburg, NC and Pamela Lea Conder (Bryon) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandchildren, Amanda Lea Alexander of Greer, SC and Darryl Shawn Ivester of Seven Lakes, NC; her pets, Molly and Tank; her sister-in-law Patricia Batson; her nephew Brian Batson (Allison); and her cousin Jevialyn Robinson.
