She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugenia Frances Longino and Albert Cray Ross; her husband James A. Helms (Dickie Boy) of Wingate; her brothers, Novie Olin Ross, Jerry Ivan Ross, Elon F. Ross and Henry F. Ross; and her grandson Joshua Wilson.
She is survived by: her friends, Michael Bobo and Sherrill Moore; her daughters, Sue Lovas of Bradenton, Florida, Gloria Wilson of Myrtle Beach and Joyce Helms of Myrtle Beach; and her grandchildren, Ian Phifer, Tiffany Caldwell, Chastity Neeves, Felicia Wilson and Natalie Salgado. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; loving nieces and nephews.
