She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Washington Link and Francis Phelps Link. She is survived by: her children, Paula Atkins Latta (Stephen) and Billy Atkins; her grandchildren, Scott Atkins, Wayne Atkins, Haley Atkins, Amber Hanna and Kimberly Hobgood; and her siblings, Vance Link and Jackie O'Neal. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; a large, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.
