He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Pumphrey and Margaret Pumphrey; and his siblings, Ralph Pumphrey and Barbara Webster. He is survived by: his fiancée Bobbi MacFarlane; and his children, Fred Pumphrey, Jr. (Cheryl), Todd Pumphrey (Tammy), Bryan Pumphrey (Kerri) and Lisa Conn. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
