With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Freida Dretel of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Hackensack, New Jersey, who passed away on July 27, 2022 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her husband Martin George Dretel; her parents, Leon Reiter and Jean Reiter (Lempert); her son David Joel Dretel; and her brother Bernard Reiter.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Kozlowski (James) of Calabash and Alan M. Dretel of Sherman, CT; her sister Annette Friend (Evan) of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, David Dretel, Aaron Dretel, Rachael Leah Black and Laura Beth Black; and her great grandchildren, Hunter David Dretel, Jake Alan Dretel, Luke Richard Dretel, Emmett Dretel, Shiloh Dretel, Gideon Dretel, Felicity Dretel and Silas Dretel.
