He is survived by: his wife Lisa Pennington; his children, Kristina Spivey (Chris) and John Riordan III (Skylar); his grandchildren, Shawn Johnson, Christopher Spivey, John Riordan IV and Luke Riordan; and his siblings, Linda Bullard (Bill), Herbert Pennington (Audrey), Deborah Robinson, Wanda Pennington and Anne Brittain. He is also survived by numerous brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
