He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Caputo, Sr. and Mary Kern Caputo; and his son Robert. He is survived by: his wife Carla Caputo; his children, Raymond (Janet) and Mary Louise Mroz; and his grandchildren, William Robert Mroz, Cooper Caputo and Breana Mroz.
