He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Palmer and Willie Ruth Palmer; and his siblings, Bradley Palmer and Louise Getzendorf. He is survived by: his wife Judy Palmer of Myrtle Beach, SC; his children, Ward Palmer of Chicago, IL, Wayne Palmer (Liz) of South Euclid, OH and Jessica Loyd (Michael) of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Madilyn Adcock, Jaxon Loyd and Mason Loyd; and his brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Wilson (Janis) of Conway, SC. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
