It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob John Ketschek Sr. of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob James Ketschek and Grace Naomi Champion Ketschek; his wife Barbara Purdy Ketschek; and his brother Robert Ketschek. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Ketschek of Absecon, NJ, Jacqueline Ketschek Poley (James) of Port Republic, NJ and Robert Ketschek (Carolyn); his sister Elizabeth Rummler (Craig) of Boone, NC; and his grandchildren, Katie Ketschek, Madison Ketschek, Jordan Penza, Jacob Ketschek III, Sydney Ketschek and Stella Ketschek.
