He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Roy Clephane and Margaret Marcella Rust Steinkamp. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Clephane of Myrtle Beach; his daughters, Holly Milburn-Clephane of Huron, OH and Michelle Irvin of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Tyler Rudolph, Brady Mapes, Patrick Rudolph, Les Pfeiffer, Hunter Wichmann and Shawn Burnett; his great grandchildren, Ryder Mapes, Leslie Pfeiffer and Phoenix Pfeiffer; and his siblings, Terri Galley of Mason, OH and Harry Steinkamp (Pam) of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
