He is survived by: his mother Connie Ward McCulloch; his wife Tammy; his sons, Andy Hudson of Pensacola, FL, Johnathan, Jamie Swinson of Jacksonville, NC and Justin McCulloch of Goldsboro, NC; his stepfather Jerry Hendrix of Summerville, GA; and his siblings, Norman, Ryan Parker and Pam Johnson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; his mother.
